АИДА (акроним от англ. AIDA — Attention, Interest, Desire, Action — внимание, интерес, желание, действие) — принятая в практике маркетинга модель потребительского поведения, описывающая последовательность событий, ведущих к принятию решения о покупке: внимание → интерес → потребность → действие.

Применяется при формировании стратегии сбыта, при подготовке торговых дилеров, менеджеров.

Модель АИДА, как считается[1], предложена специалистом по рекламе Элайасом Сент-Эльмо Льюисом (англ.)русск. в 1898 году (США)[2]. Некоторые авторы[кто?] расшифровывают «А» как аwareness (знание, осознание), а «D» как demand (потребность, спрос) или decision (решение).

Артур Фредрик Шелдон в книге «Искусство продаж» (The Art of Selling) 1911 года расшифровывает модель AIDA следующим образом:[3]

  • A — Favorable Attention (благожелательное внимание)
    ;
  • I — Interest (интерес);
  • D — Desire (желание);
  • A — Action (действие);
  • S — Permanent Satisfaction (сохраняющееся удовлетворение).

Суть состоит в том, что любое рекламное обращение должно привлечь внимание потенциального потребителя, затем вызвать его интерес, который перейдет в желание обладать товаром и, наконец, побудить к действию — покупке. Здесь классическая модель заканчивается. Удовлетворение же означает, что после этих процедур нужно еще добиться того, чтобы потребитель остался удовлетворенным продукцией. Такой потребитель может рассказать о покупке родным и знакомым, стать постоянным клиентом компании и приобретать другие её продукты.[источник не указан 436 дней]
